The weather outside may be fickle, but it’s always warm and cozy in the studio! Why not make this the summer that you finally give yoga or meditation a try, experiment with a new class, or bring a friend along to widen the circle? Your options are expanding: I’m pleased to announce several new classes starting over the next few weeks in Thomaston.

Starting Thursday, May 26, we will take a weekly journey inward  with Meditation from 7-8 p.m.

From May 28, I’ll add a Gentle Yoga class on Saturday mornings, 8:30-9:45 a.m.

But wait, it gets better: from June 1, Prana Kriya Yoga comes to midcoast Maine! Wednesdays, 8:45-10 a.m., don’t miss this.

Looking for a stretching, strengthening and soothing way to begin your weekend? On June 3, Yoga and Meditation will become the new Friday standard in Thomaston, from 11:30a-12:45p.m.

All classes are open level, suitable for all practitioners from beginner to advanced. Don’t be shy. Go on, give it a try. I’ll see you on the mat!
