Alas, the snows seem to have finally gone and spring is in full bloom … What a great time to get back on the mat!  I’m pleased to announce that I’ll be teaching Gentle Yoga at Thomaston Yoga Studio – on Main Street in cute ol’ Thomaston – starting May 10 at 8:45 a.m.  Come join me for gentle stretches, salutes to the sun, and deep breathing.  Ahhh…
An expanded schedule of classes including Meditation, Prana Kriya, and more will be posted soon, so stay tuned!  My most up-to-date teaching schedule will always be available here, on my *new* Facebook page Yoga with Kath, and on Twitter.  So no excuses – I’ll see you on the mat.
